Our Story

How Fortitude Care Started

Fortitude Care Services was established with a clear vision: to provide disability support that feels personal, dependable and focused on the individual. We recognised that great support is built through genuine relationships, consistent communication and taking the time to understand what matters most to each participant.

From community access and supported transport to everyday assistance, we work alongside participants, families and support coordinators to create support that fits naturally into everyday life. As our services continue to grow, our commitment remains the same — delivering respectful support that helps people feel confident, valued and connected within their community.

Based in Canberra, we have been building these relationships for two years and continue to expand our reach across the ACT and surrounding regions.
